About the House
The Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter House is located on the corner of 21st Ave NE and NE 47th St. The house has thirty-six rooms including, four porches holding between eight and ten men, twenty doubles, and twelve single man rooms. The house also contains a fully functioning sauna, weight-room, and a beautiful roof. Members in the house receive two hot meals cooked by our amazing chef and have access to multiple study spaces including our twenty-four our quite study room.
The room pictured below is one of our four freshman porches and during a normal school year it holds between eight and ten members comfortably. Brothers sleep in bunk beds so that there is enough space for each person’s clothing and personal belongings this porch along with the other three has an accompanying closet to fit any extra things brothers may need to bring like sports equipment or extra clothes.
The room pictured below is a triple for sophomores and juniors and is named Siberia. This room in unique in the house because it has a separate sleeping room connected to the main living area, which allows for extra space for couches and a nice TV to make the space.
This next room is a double for sophomores or juniors and is called Sky Caves. Most of our singles and doubles utilize "sky bunks" or hanging bunks so that brothers can utilize the space below to hangout with friends or study.
